Set-Up
& Break-Down Time:
We need two hours to set-up and two hours
to break-down our stage. We will need
complete access to performance site two
hours prior and two hours after our show.
Electricity:
We do require access to electricity. One
outlet is plenty.
Sound:
We travel with our own sound system.
Lights:
We
travel with our own light system. In some
shows we require house lights to be turned
on in the middle of the show.
Other:
In
some shows we need to get out into the
audience, so if we are on a stage we will
need a set of stairs . A set of
chorus risers will work if stairs are not available. These
should be set-up in the center.
Directions:
Please
send us directions. If sending internet
directions, please read through first!
Often they are not very accurate.
Workshops:
We bring everything! We do need tables for
the kids to work on and access to
electricity. We prefer to have the room
set up so kids can work in four large
groups. Workshops are limited to 30 kids
and run one hour.
Travel:
There will be a minimal travel fee if
located further than one hour from us, we
charge govt. standard per mile.
